I received a damaged product?

Unfortunately, we have zero control of how packages are handled by the shipping carriers once the package leaves our facility.  We go to great lengths to ensure that your order will arrive in one piece.  However, there are few instances where an order arrives with a broken/damaged product.  Simply send a photograph to support@beardoctane.com and let us know!  We will confirm the product was damaged during shipping and work with you to send a replacement.
