Order did not arrive?

First be sure to check your provided tracking number.  As stated in our shipping policy, all orders are typically shipped within 1-3 Business Days.  However, we do our very best to ship orders the same day or at least by the next day, business day or not.  If something is delayed, you will be notified.  Please be sure to first check your tracking number, as there have been incidents where the shipment was delayed and/or lost by the shipping carrier itself.  Most companies then place the burden of this on the customer, as it is out of their hands once it leaves their facility.  PLEASE let us know if this occurs.  If there is an issue with the shipping carrier, typically we can not do anything from our end.  Contact your local USPS location, and see if they have any updates.  If not, please contact us, and we will ensure that you receive your product, or a replacement product.
