Did my package ship?

Once your order is processed and packaged for shipment, a shipping label is printed and a tracking number is generated.  You will then receive an automated email with the corresponding tracking number for your pending shipment.  The shipment tracking status is then updated once the selected shipping carrier which you chose, physically scans the package at their distribution facility.  Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking number updates.

If you do not receive any updates and/or do not receive your order in a timely manner, please contact us.

If you have received a tracking number and no information is updated when you check it, it is likely because your order was processed & packaged for shipment.  Shipments are then updated once the shipping carrier scans them at their distribution facility.  Allow 24-48 hours for tracking number updates.  If an extended period of time goes by, please contact us!
